Affordable Housing

Affordable housing, homeownership & community land trusts

San Pablo is the community that raised me, and I want to make sure the families who built this city can afford to stay here. I am running to protect long-term residents from displacement, expand affordable housing, explore community land trusts and pathways to homeownership, and make San Pablo a place where long-term residents can continue to put down roots for generations.

Economic Development

Education, apprenticeships & family-sustaining careers

There is a growing narrative that you have to leave San Pablo to find opportunity, and I fundamentally disagree. We have West Contra Costa Unified School District and Contra Costa College, the only community college in West County, right in our backyard. I want to strengthen the pipeline between education, union apprenticeships, the trades, healthcare, public service, four-year universities, and other family-sustaining careers so our young people can see a future for themselves right here in San Pablo.

Public Safety

Trust, accountability & community partnership

I want to build a community where public safety is rooted in trust, accountability, and partnership. That means strengthening relationships between residents and our public institutions, investing in young people and restorative approaches, and making sure residents have a real voice in how we define and address public safety in our neighborhoods.

Public Safety
Public Safety

Across all three of these priorities is one reason at the heart of why I am running: access. Whether we are talking about housing, economic opportunity, public safety, or local government itself, residents should understand the decisions being made, know how to participate, and believe their voice matters. I want to bring City Hall closer to the people it serves.
